Community Groups
Welcome to Overload, the premier New Zealand Anime and Manga community-focused event that collaborates with various organisations to celebrate the vibrant culture of Anime and Manga.
The Overload Committee would like to extend a warm invitation to local community groups, clubs and not for profit organisations interested in showcasing their activities and recruiting new members at the Overload New Zealand Anime & Manga Convention. We offer an opportunity for these groups or individuals to have a dedicated stall at our event, which includes a table (1.8m long), 2 x chairs and 2 x entry passes for both days of the event.
CRITERIA
To ensure your group aligns with with the spirit of our community event, Community Groups must meet the following criteria:
- Your group’s activities and goals must align with the interests of the Overload Community.
- Sales or collections of membership fees in any form are prohibited without prior written consent from the Overload Committee.
- Your table must be staffed on both days (20-21 April 2024), and you cannot transfer or share it with other groups, clubs or non-profit organisations.
APPLICATION PROCESS
If your group meets our criteria and is interested in applying for a Community Table, please fill out the application form below.
Please note that the application period will close when all spaces for Community Tables are filled. Only approved groups will receive a reply from the Overload Committee.
